RCSS/SSA arrest an addict who destroy signboard

The locals of Wan Noung Woe village reported RCSS that one addict called Sai We had destroyed a village signboard at 9:30 am on 20 November, of Lawksauk Township, southern Shan State, had to immediately apprehended him on the day.

In 2018, Sai We was infamous of having a story that he used to shoot a monk with a slingshot and hack the sword at the door of the village monastery.

RCSS rehabilitated him years ago, entrusted him to the village head and his relatives after the rehab.

He is a son of Lung Htwan and Pa Yen, a resident of Wan Noung Woe of Lauksauk region, Taunggyi District, is also the area where RCSS/SSA’s drugs eradication are particularly active.
